No, we do not do any disposal service.
From the time of receiving your order notify us immediately via phone call or text before the transporter leaves the location. Please state in the receiving documentation on your damaged item and provide photos of the damaged items as an assessment by our quality control team. Once assessed and approved by our specialists, you will be contacted by our team. Do not return the items before speaking to our team.

*For third-party delivery arranged by the buyer, we will not be responsible for any damages once the item is handover to the transporter.
Once the order has proceeded, there will be no exchange of product or cancellation. If the buyer cancels an order, the seller will retain the deposit as liquidated damages.
We accept the following methods of payment (All payment are in MYR)
: Direct Transfer into our bank account
: Walk in our showroom to pay by cash or credit card or credit card installment (Public Bank / Maybank) up to 12 month
: Debit card installment 3 month by Atome app
: Pay via e-wallet by scan our Touch ‘n Go code.

Once confirmed, there will be no refund for cancellation. Please use your Order ID number as the payment reference and contact us at 013-7761094

Your orders will only be proceed and shipped accordingly once full payment is made.
